Jacqueline L. Fishman, Esquire

Bucks County Family Law attorney, Jacqueline L. Fishman, graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2002, with a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Economy. She was inducted into the Phi Sigma Tau (Philosophy), Pi Sigma Alpha (Political Science), and Omicron Delta Epsilon (Economics), honor societies. Jacqueline received her juris doctor from Rutgers School of Law – Camden, New Jersey in 2005. Prior to joining, We Care Legal, Jacqueline’s expertise focused on insurance subrogation, products liability matters, and civil litigation. In addition to private practice, she was part of the legal team of one of the major insurance companies.


Jacqueline has since transitioned her areas of practice and now is exclusively devoted to all aspects of Family Law and Divorce in Bucks County. Understanding the pressure and stress involved in domestic matters guides Jacqueline to be a dedicated and compassionate attorney. She has resolved and litigated all aspects of family law matters including: divorce, property distribution, spousal and child support, custody, and protection from abuse. Jacqueline is a zealous advocate for her clients’ rights and needs. Jacqueline works closely with her clients throughout all phases of negotiation, and if necessary, litigation to resolve any family issues. Her goal focuses on advocating for the best interest for children’s mental and physical well-being.


Jacqueline is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Jacqueline is an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association. She regularly devotes her time to pro bono work and the handling of protection from abuse matters in the county. She resides with her husband Michael and two children in Warrington, Pennsylvania
